Below is our return policy & return information. Please read through carefully before submitting your return request.
Return Policy
Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer 30-day returns for all customers. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items must be in all original packaging (plastic pouches and tags attached)
All below items are non-returnable/refundable:
- Gift cards
- Shipping protection
- Products from our "sale" section
Exchanges must be for the same item only.
Any items purchased with a discount of 20% or more can only be returned for store-credit or exchange. This excludes items from our "sale" section, which are final sale.
In the case that we are running a sale and further reduce our prices during the same sale/promotion, orders that are already placed will not be reduced further.
How do I return my online purchase?
Please send an email associated with your order and your order number with a note about return reason and photo if applicable. Make sure you have read and understand our policy before continuing.
What is the return shipping fee? (Canada & United States)
If you are located in Canada or the United States, we have 2 return options to choose from:
- We will issue a return label once we have processed your return request for you to drop off at a UPS location and we will deduct a flat fee of $15 from you refund
- Or ship back the item at your expense with the shipping method of your choice. We will process your refund once we receive the returned garment.
For exchanges, we will send you a discount code to cover the cost of the replacement item once we receive your returned item.
